Le Misainier Wooden Toy Boat by Maison Tirot

Fair winds, sailor!  The "Misainier" toy boat is the perfect companion for your children's bath time or play outside.

Made from beech wood sourced from Breton forests, this boat is equipped with a lug sail (made of cotton). The Breton dinghy with a mainsail was very common in southern Brittany, primarily for fishing. Its low-slung hull blends beautifully into the seascape, embracing the swell.

This boat was handcrafted in our Breton, France workshop using the same expertise and the same time-honored techniques, passed down from generation to generation since 1946. 

Designed and made to be used in the water. Please allow the boat to dry in the shade, away from excessive heat, after each use.
